Bishop Peter at the Lakes Catholic Parish

Bishop Peter would like to meet with as many parishioners as possible. Take this opportunity to meet the Bishop and to share your thoughts, aspirations, challenges and difficulties.

On Sunday the 22nd April from 10:30am to 1:00PM for more details read article below.

On Saturday and Sunday, 21-22 April, Bishop Peter Comensoli will be conducting Episcopal Visitation at The Lakes Parish. The Bishop, during this visit, encourages his communities in their apostolic activities, missionary outreach, and supports them during difficult times. The Bishop will also meet with the staff, visit the nursing homes, and celebrate all the Masses over the weekend.

As this visit will occur during the School Holidays, the focus will be primarily on the worshipping community, the Parish Pastoral Council, the Parish Finance Committee, Ministry Groups and a general get-together with all our parishioners from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm at the Lakes Parish Hall, Narrabeen.

This will be a unique opportunity to share thoughts, aspirations, challenges and difficulties.

Join us for a Parish Bar-B-Q in the grounds of St Joseph School.

If you would like to make an appointment to meet with the Bishop during this visit, please contact Severine at the Parish Office to book an appointment.

A school visitation will be carried out in early May.

We look forward to extending a warm and friendly welcome to our Bishop in a week time.
